Thomas Ehrner, attorney-at-law and partner at Advokatfirman Fylgia, has been appointed bankruptcy trustee for Norwegian Air Sweden AB, the Swedish subsidiary of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA.

The bankruptcy estate will not operate any flight services. However, the proceedings involve approximately 20 leased aircraft, and these leasing arrangements are currently under review.

In addition, the estate will investigate intra-group transactions and outstanding claims, which nominally exceed SEK 1 billion.
