Sala City Apartments, 559294-1602, was declared bankrupt on 13 November 2025. Attorney Jakob Callmander at Fylgia has been appointed bankruptcy trustee.

The company owns the properties Sala Hopparen 6, Sala Hopparen 7 and Sala Hopparen 15, located at Kålgårdsgatan 9 and Norrbygatan 28 in Sala. The current owners acquired the properties with the intention of initiating a zoning plan amendment to enable development of the properties and the construction of residential buildings. Work on the zoning plan has begun but was not completed at the time of the bankruptcy.
