Xshore AB (publ) (the “Company”) was declared bankrupt on 29 January 2026 by decision of the Solna District Court. Attorney-at-law Jakob Callmander has been appointed as trustee in bankruptcy.

Xshore has developed and manufactured electric boats within the premium segment. Xshore has gained international recognition through awards such as TIME Magazine’s 100 Best Inventions and Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies.

Manufacturing has taken place through the subsidiary Xshore Production AB, which entered bankruptcy in October 2025. The Company owns IP rights such as trademarks, domain names and designs.

The bankruptcy administration is currently working on producing tender documents regarding the business and assets included in the bankruptcy estate.
